Laura Torok-Lobelson holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and a Connecticut Professional Educator Certificate. Laura has taught science (biology, nutrition and environmental science) at the high school level, in both the private and public sector, as well as nutritional cooking classes to adults through continuing education programs. Laura has been cooking healthy meals "from scratch" and imparting nutritional advice to family and friends for years. She loves to teach and cook!
