Description
Who doesn’t love brunch- a late weekend morning filled with sweet and savory dishes! Whether hosting a special occasion brunch, attending one or simply having a leisurely at-home brunch with your family, make it special by preparing a delicious flaky scone- a baked good that is slightly crisp on the outside and delicately moist on the inside bursting with flavor. Participants will learn the techniques for making the perfect scone that is low in fat and sugar as well as discover how this baked good can be part of a well-balanced heathy diet.
All food/materials fees are included in the class fee.
