Crafting fresh pasta by hand is much easier than you think and deeply satisfying. Bring your apron & your appetite, and join Laura in this fun, interactive class where you will make fresh pasta from scratch with only a few simple ingredients. Participants will also create a flavorful sauce to accompany the pasta- a vegetarian & non-vegetarian option will be available. After this class, you’ll be able to ditch the box, and impress family & friends with the authentic flavor of homemade pasta!
