Description

Are you feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, overwhelmed by your thoughts, or unsure of how to live a more fulfilling life?

This two-part workshop introduces you to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — a powerful, evidence-based approach to helping people build more meaningful, flexible lives. Instead of focusing on outcomes that are out of our control, we will focus on our own thoughts, values, and behaviors.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn what ACT is and how it can help you respond to life’s challenges with more flexibility.
  • Explore the six core principles of ACT that support well-being and personal growth.
  • Reflect on your personal values and create realistic, meaningful goals that align with them.
  • Practice letting go of rigid thinking patterns and make space for more effective, compassionate choices.

This workshop is designed for anyone looking to grow, change, or simply live more intentionally. Leave this workshop with lighthearted goals and a toolkit of techniques to create meaningful change in the future.
