Breana Hirose Mah Jongg: Beginners Bootcamp
Breana Hirose discovered mahjong during her maternity leave with her son, and what began as a new hobby quickly became a true passion. She loves the balance of strategy and social connection the game offers, as well as the sense of community and opportunity to meet new people.
After continuing her learning through Wilton Continuing Education, Breana began teaching mahjong with a patient, approachable style that makes the game feel fun and accessible for beginners.
Originally from Ridgefield, CT, Breana moved to Wilton in 2024 from New York City, where she now lives with her husband and son. She recently stepped away from her career in corporate finance to spend more time with her family and focus on teaching mahjong and building community around the game.
