Make ahead is always better! Wouldn’t it be great to learn to preserve AND have a jump on Thanksgiving?
In this class we will cover the basics of canning and preserving. We will make  Apple Pie Filling to use for tarts and pies or an easy cobbler.  We will also make Cranberry Orange Jam to use for your cheeseboards, brie appetizers, and of course turkey sandwiches.
 
Takeaway 2 jars and the confidence to DIY! 

A materials fee, payable to the instructor, is $20.
