Description
Join this trial experience in a class specifically designed for Adults (18+) that provides high-energy fun, self defense skills and stress relief in a supportive and encouraging community. Each class starts with basics and exercises based on a traditional Shaolin Fist self-defense system and progresses into action-packed drills that develop each student’s skills. Students will discover new energy, strength, and confidence after every class and always leave feeling accomplished.
This class will meet 1 time/week for 4 weeks on any Monday or Wednesday at 7-7:45pm or Saturday at 11- 11:45am. We ask that you set up your schedule with SDSS.
A one-time $25 materials fee for an SDSS Martial Arts Uniform and Belt will be collected at the first class. Shoes are optional.
