Additionally, it stores/freezes well and can stretch meal planning dollars. Come learn the techniques to master the “art of stew” as well as discover the health benefits of these soothing bowls of nutrition. Participants will prepare a chicken-based Moroccan stew bursting with fragrant spices that will “rock” your palate along with a Middle Eastern Flatbread to soak up all the flavors.
