Description

There’s nothing more comforting than a steaming, delicious bowl of hearty stew on a cold winter night. Stews contain a variety of food groups, offering essential vitamins, minerals and protein, making stew a satisfying meal option. Made in a single pot, clean up is a snap! Additionally, it stores/freezes well and can stretch meal planning dollars. Come learn the techniques to master the “art of stew” as well as discover the health benefits of these soothing bowls of nutrition. Participants will prepare a chicken-based Moroccan stew bursting with fragrant spices that will “rock” your palate along with a Middle Eastern Flatbread to soak up all the flavors.
Materials fee, payable to the instructor, is $20.
