Maria Davis is currently the baking chef at Brendan's 101 in Rowayton.  Maria has been cooking for her family since the age of 10. Her first job was in a bakery at 16. Maria has been teaching for Wilton Continuing Education for 10 years. Some of Maria's favorite classes include Sea Salt Caramel Apple Pie, Buche de Noel, Maria's Meatballs and Braciola!
