An innovative instructor, Ms. Mullen teaches oil, acrylic and water media painting at the G&B Cultural Center, Georgetown, CT. She has conducted workshops throughout the New England area. Her work is in private collections throughout the US, in France and England and is included in the Reader's Digest Corporate Collection. Her home and studio are located in Georgetown, CT.
Bobbi has worked for the National Park Service at Weir Farm NHS, Wilton, CT for the past eight years as the professional artist instructor for the "Take Part in Art" Program. Recent exhibits include: Rockwell Gallery, Wilton, CT; The Brush Gallery, Lowell, MA; The Ellis Island Memorial Museum, Liberty Island, NY; and Weir Farm, NHS, Wilton, CT.
A lifetime pursuit of the fine art experience has enabled New England Artist Bobbi Eike Mullen to achieve a recognized accomplishment which includes numerous awards and exhibitions.
Ms. Mullen has mastered the illusion of realism, working in acrylic with egg medium. Her drawings of the human figure have been judged sensitive and classical. Currently she is challenged by her first love: Impressionism.
