Mah Jongg: Beginners Bootcamp

Learn everything you need to know in this 3 session bootcamp. Mah Jongg is a game of strategy and fun! It requires the ability to shift between two or more possible solutions to a problem. Do you enjoy a fun mental challenge? "Mah Jongg" translates roughly as "the game of sparrows". It's a rummy-like game played with 144-tiles. This class will start from the very beginning, teaching you techniques such as: 

• Examining the tiles
• Passing - also known as "Charleston”
• Read the card, understand suits
• Descriptions of Hands from the Card
• Learn the combinations
• Picking a hand
