Description
This workshop will re-energize your passion for making photographs while improving your skills and your ability to see things in different ways. Together we will walk around three beautiful locations capturing inspirational images.
Perfect for photographers of all levels, this three-week class is all about getting out into the world, camera in hand, and learning photography the best way possible, by doing it. Each week, you’ll join photographer Fredda Gordon for a photo outing at a different location, offering fresh scenery, new challenges, and plenty of inspiration. Fredda will help you use light, angles, and the details around you to improve your composition and create stronger photographs and help you discover what works for you.
This class will be a hands-on experience with no formal instruction or lectures—just time and space to explore, experiment, and follow your curiosity. Through this practice you will improve your composition, and better understand your camera. Fredda will be available throughout each session to answer questions and provide personalized support allowing you to shoot at your own pace, and connect more personally with the landscape and your fellow photographers. It’s an easygoing, supportive environment where questions are welcome, ideas can be shared, and everyone is encouraged to learn from one another.
This class is perfect for anyone looking to stay inspired, build confidence, and enjoy photography in a safe space. Come for the fresh air and creative spark, and leave with new images, new connections, and a renewed excitement for making photographs.
At the end of the class you will be invited to send a selection of your photographs to Fredda who will put them into a class slideshow that will be shared with the group online.
