Each participants will prepare a Torta di Ricotta- a simple, yet classic Ricotta Cheesecake with fresh berries that is creamy and ethereally light as well as learn how this dessert can be part of a well-balanced, healthy diet.

Note: Each participant is required to bring in a 9” springform pan.
