A simmering bowl of freshly made curry, an international dish that incorporates meat and /or vegetables in a sauce flavored by a spice mixture emulating its country of origins personality, will take you on a journey of your senses.  Learn the techniques to master the “art of curry” as well as discover the healthy benefits of these aromatic bowls of nutrition.  Participants will prepare a vegetarian Thai-inspired curry bursting with fragrant spices- a dish that will definitely become part of your “go to” recipe collection.

 (Note:  This recipe can easily accept chicken).

A materials fee, payable to the instructor, is $15.
