Description
In this class, we’ll make traditional Italian braciole using Maria’s Sicilian Grandmother’s much-loved recipe. That’s Italian! Students will prepare and cook braciole, a traditional Italian dish consisting of thinly sliced meat rolled with a classic filling.
Bring a 3-quart pot with a lid to take the braciole and sauce home. Mangia!
