In this course, students will delve into the world of still life and master the art of creating lifelike representations. Using an array of materials including pencil, pen, charcoal, and collage, they’ll learn to skillfully capture details and textures of still life subjects. Through direct observation and guided exercises, they’ll refine their techniques, enhance their drawing skills, and develop a keen eye for composition, value and scale.

Materials fee, payable to the instructor, is $20 and due on the first class.
