Description
A simmering bowl of freshly made curry, an international dish that incorporates meat and /or vegetables in a sauce flavored by a spice mixture emulating its country of origins personality, will take you on a journey of your senses. Come learn the techniques to master the “art of curry” as well as discover the healthy benefits of these aromatic bowls of nutrition. Participants will prepare a vegetarian Thai-inspired red curry with sweet potatoes, bursting with fragrant spices- a dish that will definitely become part of your “go to” recipe collection. All food/materials fees are included in the class fee. Note: This recipe can easily accept chicken shrimp.
