You say “meatball,” we say “polpetta.” That’s Italian! In this class, we’ll make traditional Italian meatballs using Maria’s Sicilian Grandmother’s much-loved recipe. Bring a 3-quart pot with a lid to take approximately 16 meatballs and sauce home. Amore!
